TD is seized of the premises. The premises are settled (i) on TD for life and one year after his death; (ii) on his son William Dyke in tail male; (iii) on his son Richard Dyke in tail male; (iv) on his son John Dyke in tail male; (v) on his son Robert Dyke in tail male; (vi) on his eldest son Thomas Dyke in tail male; (vii) in default of which on the right heirs of TD for ever. TD reserves the right to change this settlement in his lifetime.
