Thomas Dyke, the elder ["TD"], of Pembury, Kent, to Henry Joye, Sheriff and Alderman of London Lands in Pembury, Lamberhurst and Brenchley, Kent, and Frant. The premises are settled (i) on TD for life and one year after his death; (ii) on his son William Dyke in tail male; (iii) on his son Richard Dyke in tail male; (iv) on his son John Dyke in tail male; (v) on his son Robert Dyke in tail male; (vi) on his eldest son Thomas Dyke in tail male; (vii) in default of which on the right heirs of TD for ever.
