BIRTH-PARENTS-SIBLINGS-MARRIAGE-SPOUSE-CHILDREN-DEATH: Janet Austin Curtis, WILLIAM AND MILLY AUSTIN OF ANDERSON CO., TN, manuscript, pp 15 & 23. Shows as possible children of Zachariah: James Austin 1811 TN, Edward Austin 1816 TN, & Thomas Austin 1821 TN. Note by Bonnie Bigolin WY (1994) - On pages 24 -32 there is further info on these three males, but for now I will not include them as it seems uncertain if Zachariah and Patsey are their parents. Curtis places Zachariah in Coffee County, TN in 1850 per census p 384-55, "Three in the household, possibly a grandson." MARRIAGE: Grainger County, Tennessee Marriages: Austin, Zachariah - Thomson, Patsey, Aug 26 , 1807 by John Moore, BM. CENSUS: 1850 - U.S. Federal Census for Knox Co., TN; shows Zachariah 66, Martha 64, Mary 24, and Zachariah Taylor Austin 3 all b. VA. NOTE: Janet Austin Curtis lists 3 year old Zachariah as a son of Mary. IMMIGRATION: AUSTIN * * * SONS OF AUGUSTINE; 1986, by Charles E. Austin. Zachariah briefly followed the migration pattern of brother Hezekiah.
