Van Horn . . . by his wife Elizabeth Hopper, was born 1 Aug. 1803, baptized 24 Aug. 1803 at Paramus, died 12 Nov. 1862, aged 58/3/12, buried in the Ramapo Reformed Churchyard in Ramapo. She married 19 Jan. 1820 in the Madison Avenue Reformed Church, New York City, Jacob J. Hopper, died 7 March 1847, aged 43/11/20, buried at Mahwah. He lived in New York City and in Franklin Township, 1850 Census, family #50. [Mr. Zabriskie appears to have found the death date on a gravestone conflicting with the census record and marks the date as uncertain, or at least I so interpret it. - Ed.] Children: surname Hopper i.
