She was born in South Bend, IN and attended Holland Hall HS in Tulsa, OK. She met the love of her life, John A. Brett, Jr, in 1970 and married him Feb. 15, 1972. Jill was an avid golfer, winning many local, club and state championships, however, her priority in life was her relationship with Jesus Christ and her family. Jill was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Jane and John Arthur Kreager. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John A. Brett, Jr.; her three children, Seth Christopher Herndon, Jill Ann Mixer, and Diane Herndon Fryer; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, John A.
