      Kyle Anthony Frost - August 1, 1981 - Febuary 3, 2017

Kyle was born on August 1st 1981. Although Kyle often told his friends he was born in a beer tent at the Jackson County Fair, he was actually born in the hospital in Dubuque IA to Lorin and Julie Frost. To know Kyle was to love Kyle and those of us that do all know that Kyle was good at EVERYTHING (especially if you asked him). It started at the early age of 4 on the big wheel track. This must be where he developed his need for speed. He pedaled so fast the big wheel needed new tires, but it earned him the biggest trophy any 4 year old would ever see. A race he was quite proud of, who am I kidding he is proud of everything he does! But he did just tell the big wheel story last week. Iowa had a special place in Kyle's heart and he never fully left there. At the age of 6 he moved with his parents and sister to Arizona leaving lots of family behind. The 1,700 mile move didn't keep him away for good. Each summer Kyle and his sister went back to Iowa to visit and play on the farms. Kyle was in hog heaven literally sometimes.

Once Kyle hit Arizona he made friendships that lasted a lifetime. Kyle had a love for sports and he was an absolute natural on the field as well as the court. He played baseball, basketball and football and made them all look effortless. Sports brought countless hours of joy to Kyle's life. He loved reliving his glory days and telling his All American stories to his nephews until the very end. They have quite the school records to beat. He thought they should probably name a few schools after him with all the records he held.

In the later High School years the adventures really began, the friendships grew stronger, and the All American stories are now unbeatable by all. As a freshman in High school Kyle became an uncle for the first time and quickly grew 4 new shadows. Chase, Caden, Crew, and Cannon. Kyle's love for adventure continued, he soon developed his love for snowboarding as well. Kyle's obsession with music began early and he entered EVIT for Radio Broadcasting and with the help of his mentor Steve found a way to make money DJ-ing with the Phoenix Suns Organization. His trip to the AMA's was a dream come true. He brought back his Iowa roots and worked on a farm after school and weekends and still managed to have as much fun as he possibly could.

Shortly after High School, Kyle started dating his wife Meghan. Although Kyle and Meghan met the first day of 7th grade they didn't marry until November 3rd 2006. They spent their 10 plus married years traveling and living life to the fullest. Meghan spent the last 14 years just trying to keep up with Kyles endless adventures and spontaneous fun. From sandy beaches to Mountain tops Kyle was there and wanted it all. He was living his life on the edge with the need for speed. Whether it was on a razor ride, Harley ride, snow board, surf board, skate board, his truck, or his nephew's pit bike he was there, ready to ride and ready to ride fast! He loved to ride the Harley and his longest ride was 950 miles in one day with his friend Collin, on their way to Sturgis for the trip of his dream, until his latest adventure in Maui.

Not only was there his love for adventure but who can deny his love for animals. Kyle truly thought he was the animal whisperer. He never left the "Frosty Pine Lodge" (AKA Stevens lodge) without a loaf of bread for the deer and enjoyed the many elk that traveled through the yard.

Alas, who can forget Zoe and Boots, his girls as he called them, the most pampered kitty cats around. Honestly it didn't matter what it was. Animals, Adventure, People, Music, the outdoors no matter what it was Kyle loved it and it loved Kyle back.

Kyle's 15 year career was in the Pool and construction Industry and he was so proud of the many projects he was part of and especially the pools and homes featured on HGTV and in magazines. He loved the challenges of the incredible structures and all the knowledge he gained and the many people he met along the way.

Kyle left behind a wonderful life with a motto he lived up to until the very end. WORK HARD and PLAY HARDER. And he did just that each and every day. He lived the life he wanted and had more fun in 35 years than many of us could ever dream of or hope for.

Left behind is his Wife - Meghan; Mom - Julie; Dad - Lorin; Sister - Alicia; Brother-in-law - Roger; Mother-in-law - Sharon; Father-in-Law - Joel; Brother-in-law - Marc; Grandmas - Judy and Lenora; Nephews - Chase, Caden, Crew, Cannon. Many grandparents he knew and loved went before him in Iowa and as a tribute to him a small portion of his ashes will be left with his Grandpa "Bud". Kyle left his Arizona and Iowa family far too soon leaving too many to list and one that includes the extended family he gathered along the way and God children he left behind.

Thank you for all that have touched the life of Kyle and left a mark on his heart, he was passionate about many things. He loved you more than he was able to express until his last moments. The joy family and friends brought to his life is so very appreciated by his family. We will treasure his memories of you and the stories he shared about all your adventures. Thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts.

In lieu of flowers donations are appreciated to help Meghan with memorial expenses. They can be sent to Meghan Frost, P.O Box 1567 Gilbert, AZ 85299.
