He was named one of the executors of his father's will, in 1813, and was devised the house and eleven acres of land on which his parents were living. He joined with his brother in the conveyance of his father's real estate, in 1815. Part of the real estate devised to him was sold by the sheriff to his brother Andrew, October 1, 1838. He married, February 11, 1818, Susan D. Palmer of Horsham. We have no further record of him.
