The land was sold to Abraham Pennington who mortgaged the land to Richard Bennett. Made 22 Oct 1736. Wit: James Stewart, J. Beck. Ackn: 25 Oct 1736. JP: Robert Gordon. Paul Poulson, Randall Death and his wife Honour Death, all of Cecil Co., planters, for ??30, to Thomas Coulson of West Nottingham, Chester Co., PA, joiner, 200 acres of land on the east wide of Susquehanna River, part of a 500 acre tract called Glass House originally taken up by Richard Gray on 11 Apr 1678. On 1 Feb 1684 Richard Gray and his wife Rachel sold the land to Cornelius Comegys. Made 22 Mar 1736/7. Wit: Mich'a. Coulter, John Largent. Ackn: 25 Mar 1737. JPs: Edward Jackson, Robert Story. Jas.
