BYRON A. SELNER
Byron A. Selner, eighty-seven years old, died at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Marburger, where he made his home. Mr. Selner was a son of Peter and Elizabeth (Miller) Selner and was born August 23, 1869, in St. Joseph county. August 28, 1893, he was married to Rosella Overholt, who preceded him in death. Surviving relatives are five daughters, Mrs. Marburger of Bremen, Mrs. Vera Fisher, Mrs. Lulu Helmlinger, and Mrs. George Penrose of Mishawaka, and Mrs. Elmer Cline of Osceola. There are eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held this afternoon at two o'clock in the Huff Funeral Home. Rev. J. M. Michael, pastor of First Evangelical Reformed church, will officiate in the service and burial will be in Olive Cemetery, north of Wakarusa.
