      In the name of God Amen. I James Gibson of Bedford County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I will that all my debts and funeral charges be paid and discharged by my son James Gibson.

I give and bequive to my son James Gibson all my hole estate of every thing both real and personal, nevertheless my will and desire is that my son James Gibson pay of the above legaries at the expration of twelve monts after being duly proved as is directed and if my son James Gibson shall die without heire then my desire is that the remainder of his estate be equally divided among my children one with another and my desire is that my son James Gibson shall injoy all my hole estate to him and his heirs, Ext's, administrators and assines for ever.

      Lastly this my last will and testament hereby disannulling and disallowing all other will or wills here to fore dated, sealed with my seal and dated this fourteenth day of Apral one thousand seven hundred and sixty four.
