List 329; he and w., List 52. He was bur. at Salisbury; adm. 6 Sept. 1699 to Edward Cate(1) and w. Elizabeth, mar. by 1687. The wid. was in Boston when an acct. was rendered 9 Aug. 1701. His premises were in poss. of Hugh Banfield's wid. Hannah in 1749 when Cate started an
ejection suit, the writ calling his w. the only ch. Note (26).
