      Louise Jemima Mclnturff, born 182? died 1896, married William Carrell Graves, Sr. in 1849 and came to Tippah County. Their children were: Louisa Graves (1850-1946) married David Briggs May; James W. Graves (1855-1933) married Amanda Blakeney, had Edd, Fred and Lilly Scalley; Jacob Thompson Graves (1858-1916) married Mary Frances Hall, had Lonnie, William, George Franklin, Sally Elizabeth, James (Jim), Mary Ada, Lee, and Annie Lou, Palmer, Charley and Young Graves; Thomas J. Graves, 1860-1881; William Carrell, Jr. 1862-1941, married Laura Lutisha Whitten; Fannie Graves, 1871-1963, married first John Henry Pugh, had one son, Luther. She was divorced, and married second Richard M. (Bule) Staten, had Lulu Belle, Byron, Willie, C. L., Epting, Elizabeth, Alma and Mary Etta.
