      In the name of god Amen The twelveth day of July in the yere of our Lord god One thousand six hundred and five I Peter Harrison of Warrington in the Countye of Lancaster beinge sicke in bodye but of good and pfect memorie, laude and praise be to god almightie I doe make this my Testament and last will in manner and forme followinge, ffirste and principally I give and bequeath my soule into the handes of god my maker and redemer trustinge through his death and passion to be one of his elect in heaven, And for my worldly goods my will and mynde is they shall be devided into three partes, vizt: one part for my selfe, an other parte for my wiefe, And the thirde parte to Peter my sonne, And for my owne parte after my debts and funerall expense discharged, my will and mynde is yt shall be equally devided betwixte Margerye my wife and Peter my saide sonne, Also my will and mynde is and I doe by these presents give graunte assigne and sett over unto Ellin my daughter All my righte tytle clayme terme and demande which I nowe have in two tennements sett lyeing and beinge in Hindley and now in my occupacon or of me my Assignee or Assignes commonly called the Hare barne and Rotten-rowe house with all libertyes easements proffitts commodyties to them or either of them belonginge or appreteyninge in as full and ample manner as I had them or either of them to all intents and purposes Item my wyll and mynde is that Peter Harrison sonne of Richard Harrison deceased shall have fower hundreth poundes which nowe resteth in my hands and was given him by his father to be paied by my Executors in such manner and forme as by a certayne wrytinge under the hande of Richard Harrison doth appeare, Item I ordaine and constitute and make my welbeloved wiefe Margery Harrison my sole and onely Executrix to see this my last will and Testament pformed as my truste is in her above all others, And also I doe request my welbeloved brother in law mr Leigh Rector of Standish to be Supervisor of this my saide last will and Testament to see it pformed in all points And havinge finished all things I have a sure hope and faithfull trust to rest in joy unspeakable for ever and ever Amen. A Codicell to be annexed to this my last will and Testament, Item my will and mind is and I doe by these pnts give graunte and assigne all my right title claime interest and demande which I nowe have in certaine closes of grounde nowe in my occupacon sett lieinge and beinge pcell of the inheritannce in _____ Haughton _____ of William Mollineux gent whollie unto Margerie my wife, togeather with all my estate right and title of all my lands tennements and hereditaments within the Realme of England during her naturall life, (except the Harebarne and Rotten-rowe house alreadie given assigned or bequeathed) And after her decease then I give graunte bequeth an assigne all my whole interest of them and every of them to John Harrison, my eldest sonne, To have and to hould to him his heires and assignes for ever (excepte before excepted) to be discharged of all forfeytures morgages and incumbrannces whatsover by my Executrix.
